Online Workout Program
Online training is an affordable way to keep on top of your fitness goals, on your own schedule and is great for those who are looking to have a solid training plan, continuous support, and accountability on the go.
If you thrive on having that accountability factor, are overwhelmed with the amount of information out there regarding fitness and nutrition, and you want to feel like your training and nutrition program is made for you, not the other way around, then this is the place to start.
How it works:
You will receive a customized workout program with instructional coaching on training, nutrition or both on a monthly basis.
All your workouts are scheduled with automated reminders to complete them. Each workout is organized in the proper order with instructional videos to follow, along with all of the warm-ups and cool-downs. Your program is completely customized to your individual needs and goals, so a free assessment is required and included. Once you finish a workout, you will check complete so the trainer can see each workout you have done. To receive a form analysis, just upload a video of your form so your trainer can check it.

For nutrition, I use your current information and diet history to determine the path we need to take to proceed towards your goals. After reviewing that with you, I will prescribe specific nutrition guidelines (not a meal plan) to ensure you reach your goals in the most efficient manner possible while also ensuring that you’re not restricting how you live your life. I believe in flexible dieting methods which allow you to eat the foods that YOU enjoy, because it's much more maintainable and ultimately helps you change your mindset and improve your health overall.
My goal is to not only help you reach your fitness goals in the most efficient way but to help you understand WHY you’re doing what you’re doing in the first place by working WITH you to make this fit your lifestyle.
