WHEN CAN YOU TRAIN?

My availability is Monday-Friday (6:00am-12:00pm).

DO I NEED A GYM PASS?

No, if you are doing in person training with me at the gym, you do not need a gym pass. The gym is however by fob access only. This means, when we have an appointment time set, I let you into the gym at the time our appointment is scheduled for. This does not mean you can go to the gym at any time or even prior to our appointment time. If you want to use the gym outside of our appointments, you must purchase a pass. View pass pricing here.

DO YOU DO HOME TRAINING?

No. I currently do not offer this service. 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

No, I do not offer refunds. 

HOW CAN I PAY?

Payments are accepted via (e-transfer) or (credit card). Once you are signed up for a product or service, you will receive an invoice. Next, click (Pay Now) on the invoice. Select (manual payment) for e-transfer instructions or select (credit/debit card) to pay with card. If you choose to pay with card, the card fee (2.9% + $0.30) will be added to the total cost. E-transfers are encouraged.
