WHEN CAN YOU TRAIN?
Availability is constantly changing based on continuous appointments being booked. If you have a specific time you would like to request, please send me an email here: jessicacazesfitness@gmail.com and we can work something out.
DO I NEED A GYM PASS?
No, if you are doing in person training with me at the gym, you do not need a gym pass. The gym is however by fob access only. This means, when we have an appointment time set, I let you into the gym at the time our appointment is scheduled for. This does not mean you can go to the gym at any time or even prior to our appointment time. If you want to use the gym outside of our appointments, you must purchase a pass. DO YOU DO HOME TRAINING?
No. I no longer offer this service. I have found more success for both me and my clients by doing live virtual training. It's still 1:1 training but more convenient as you can do it from anywhere. It's much cheaper and less time consuming. I will not be bring back home training.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

HOW CAN I PAY?
Once you are signed up for a product or service, you will receive an invoice. Next, click (Pay Now) on the invoice. Select (manual payment) for e-transfer instructions or select (credit/debit card) to pay with card. If you choose to pay with card, the card fee (2.9% + $0.30) will be added to the total cost.
E-transfers are encouraged and required for most services.
HOW DO I DO LIVE TRAINING?
Live training sessions are usually completed on zoom. Prior to our appointment, you will need to set up your zoom account. When our appointment is scheduled, you will receive a zoom link that will take you directly to the chat. If for some reason the link doesn't show up, I invite you to the chat when our appointment starts.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?
No, although it is recommended in order to increase variety and make progressing easier, you do not need equipment. You can still get in a fantastic effective workout as long as proper programming is implemented.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIVE VIRTUAL TRAINING AND ONLINE TRAINING?
Virtual training is personal training via live video chat.
Online training is where you get a customized training program with video demonstrations.
