Virtual  Personal Training

Virtual personal training is a great way to get in a quality focused workouts that help you reach your goals faster by doing the right exercises for your body and reducing the risk of injury. My focus with clients is on weight training as it's essential to changing your body shape, increasing your metabolism, building strength, stamina, and endurance.

Whatever goals you have – lose fat, gain muscle, or just becoming a stronger you, I can help guide, and teach you how to train effectively, efficiently, and safely. I educate you well during the process so you feel confident, and not intimidated by the gym atmosphere. Sessions are always productive, and you will learn various types of exercises, reps and sets, mobility, stretching, technique and possible variations.

By doing 30 minute sessions over live video calling, you get more time in the day to do the things you love without sacrificing your health and by scheduling them more often, it gives you better results! It's just like regular personal training, except more convenient because you can do it from anywhere, even from the comfort of your own home!

Each session is planned out and tailored to you and your goals. You don't need to think about a thing!

All sessions can be planned with or without equipment.
