Macro coaching is about eating the right amount of macro nutrients (carbs, fat, and protein) that your body specifically needs to achieve your the goals that you have.


Through flexible dieting methods, you learn you can still enjoy your favorites foods without restriction. You learn not to fear certain foods because you understand them better. You learn what portions are right for you while prioritizing whole nutrient dense foods. You also learn you how to adjust your macros based on your goals.


We will meet you where you are at to slowly implement changes that feel natural. 

Eating Acai

Nutrition 100% matters. You can make some progress with only exercise. You can make some progress with only nutrition. Combining the two and being consistent is the secret sauce to amazing results, there is no way around it. Think of it this way.. 

Exercise instructs the body on what to do (build muscle, move fast, move more efficiently, become more flexible etc). 

Nutrition gives the body the fuel it needs in order to complete the task. Without the proper fuel, you can’t get the best results because your body doesn’t have what it needs to do so.

What is flexible dieting?

Flexible dieting is not a specific diet. It's a way of eating where you make sure you’re getting enough energy (calories) and macros (protein, carbs, fat) for your goals, body weight & activity level.

Why I use this method with clients:

1- Increases food awareness which helps you become a more mindful eater.

2- Helps make sure you’re getting enough nutrients and are eating for the goals you have.

3- It's accurate. By tracking with an app and using a food scale, you are not guessing what your intake is so your progress is efficient and measurable.

How It Works:

I use your current information and diet history to determine the path we need to take to proceed towards your goals. After reviewing that with you, I will prescribe specific nutrition guidelines (not a meal plan) to ensure you reach your goals in the most efficient manner possible while also ensuring that you’re not restricting how you live your life. I believe in flexible dieting methods which allow you to eat the foods that YOU enjoy, because it's nurturing and sustainable. 

Each week your biofeedback and nutrition will be assessed. Updates are made consistently throughout the process based on your feedback.

During your monthly coaching, you will get access to a nutrition guide, and client only resources to provide as much helpful information to you during this process so you can reach your goals with ease.
