Service Description

Tandem sessions. (Must be used within 30 days). Tandem Training Policy Payments: Payment of fees for tandem training sessions will be due prior to the scheduling of sessions unless a payment schedule has been arranged. Cancellations and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (250)-981-0176. When a client schedules a session, a block of time is reserved specifically for that client. Time is valuable for both of us. Therefore, 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Should a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, that session/s will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased session/s. If the clients cancel a session and give a 48 hours notice, rescheduling of the session/s must be done within 3 weeks of that cancelled session/s. If there is no availability or a time cannot be agreed upon, the session/s will be deducted. Once a session has been cancelled and rescheduled, that session cannot be rescheduled again. In the case that both clients pay cancellation insurance at the time of purchase, any session/s that are cancelled and a 48 hours notice is given, the session/s will be credited to them and held on their account for 6 months. If session/s have not been used within that time, they are then deducted. Late Policy: If any of the clients are late, the session will only last until the end of the hour that the session was scheduled for. If any of the clients do not show up or contact the trainer for 15 minutes after the session was scheduled, it is considered as a “no-show”. No-Show Policy: Should any client fail to show up for a scheduled session without either cancelling or rescheduling, that session will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions. Scheduling: When both clients confirm their schedule, it is then set in stone unless cancellation insurance by both clients has been purchased. In the case that cancellation insurance has been purchased, the clients have the option of changing their schedule as long as a 48 hours notice has been given. Cancellation Insurance: In the case that both clients pay cancellation insurance at the time of purchase, any session/s cancelled with 48 hours notice will be credited to them and held on their account for 6 months. If session/s have not been used within that time, they are then deducted. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. Refunds: No refunds will be issued.

All fees must be paid 48-hours prior to any appointments. Failure to pay the invoice 48-hours (2 days) prior to an appointment will result in an automatic cancellation of all scheduled appointments. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call (250)-981-0176. When a client schedules a session, a block of time is reserved specifically for that client. Time is valuable for both of us. Therefore, 48-hour (2 days) notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Should a 48-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice not be given, that session/s will be deducted from the client’s package of purchased session/s. If a client cancels a session and gives a 48 hours notice, rescheduling of the session/s must be done within 3 weeks (21 days) of that canceled session/s. If there is no availability or a time cannot be agreed upon, the session/s will be deducted. Once a session has been canceled and rescheduled, that session cannot be rescheduled again. 3. Late Policy: If the client is late, the session will only last until the end of the hour that the session was scheduled for.
