HOW IS THIS IMPLEMENTED?

This is not just a session by session basis, it's more. 

In the Fit For Life program, you will experience a high level of 1:1 support & accountability on a weekly basis.

 All the resources you will need to reach your goals are readily accessible and packaged into an easy to follow, step-by-step process.

 

With all the tools, guidance, support and accountability you experience in this program, not only will you get results while you are in the program, you learn how to make this a sustainable, and enjoyable lifestyle.

What does it include? (Online)

  • Personalized fitness program customized to your needs, goals, level & equipment.

  • Exercise demonstrations via the app & education via the client portal

  • Weekly zoom calls about (progress, lifestyle, fitness & mindset)

  • Weekly check-ins & accountability

  • Nutritional guidance

  • Step-by-step program guidance on lifestyle/habits & implementation calendar.

What does it include? (In Person)

  • Personalized fitness program customized to your needs, goals, level & equipment.

  • Weekly or bi-weekly personal training sessions

  • Weekly zoom calls about (progress, lifestyle, fitness & mindset)
