What Is a TRX?
TRX stands for total body resistance training. It is a suspension trainer that uses your own body weight and gravity as resistance.
Why Use it?
TRX is a challenging way to build and maintain muscle. It builds stability in your core and joints, while working on coordination and balance.
To build your own you will need:
-2 bed sheets
-A door to close them in
Step 1
Tie a knot at the end of each sheet.
Step 2
Close it in the door. You will want the knots to be on the side that the door opens on.
Step 3
Pull out the slack so it feels secure.
Now you're set!

-Face pulls
-Leg assisted pull up
-Pull ups
